8 months ago my teeth & gums after a couple of years of no cleanings (I normally have annual cleanings) were not in good shape. Morgan Peterson, RDH recommended a deep cleaning, a process that cleans under the gums. The cleaning was lengthy and intense, requiring local anesthesia. I've always been proud of my teeth and have few cavities so her diagnosis and from Dr. Greenwalt was sobering. After the cleaning I can only say that she got my attention and prescribed a regimen of teeth care that included flossing (I have always been an ardent flosser) plus oral irrigation and lengthy brushing. My most recent cleaning with her yielded much better results, a shorter, more comfortable cleaning with no anesthesia required. To my comments about sensitivity she added another step in my cleaning regimen, using fluoride mouthwash. I'm confident that my teeth care are in good hands with this practice and recommend it highly.

Morgan was incredibly kind and the rest of the staff had wonderful personality and were extremely kind. The dentist however is very argumentative and has a know it all complex. They do not offer accommodations for people with dental anxiety during procedures. His reasoning was that nitrous oxide causes spontaneous abortion. That’s totally valid if you choose not to offer accommodations but the argumentative attitude was very rude and felt like he was trying to look down on me for needing something to help with how anxious I get (i get carpopedal spasms so i personally need something to help calm my nerves or i am in a lot of pain) Over all. I went for one appointment paid for two but will never be back at this office.

Came in today to get a second opinion with Dr. Tristan Greenwalt. He remembered me from five years ago as a former patient and was very generous with his time. He is thoughtful, decisive, and highly ethical. He reassured me that another providers plan to extract a molar and replace it with an implant was not medically necessary. He is a true professional, a really caring person, and all around good guy! I can’t recommend him highly enough. Next year I’m going to do everything to get back into his practice - even if I have to pay out-of-pocket. Big shout out to Patty at the front desk for facilitating all of this above and beyond service!

I am so happy with this dental practice! Megan is my hygienist and she is both delightful and professional. She always remembers me and we have a very good report. And she does a fantastic cleaning. Dr Tristan is as good as they come, mind you I’m 72 years old so I’ve been around the block a few times. He is thorough, professional, and kind hearted. They never do more than is required, but always do what is necessary. Can’t say enough good about them.
