Your insurance is a contract between you, the subscriber, your employer and your insurance company, therefore, you are directly responsible to us for the obligation of payment for treatment. We will do our best to maximize your benefits from your insurance carrier.

We accept checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We offer 12 months, no interest payment plans utilizing CareCredit. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
